Fly Screen Accessories

18 mm Aluminium Profile
Pleated fly screen profiles are one of the most basic parts that make up the pleated fly screen. The profiles used in pleated fly screen systems in two different sizes are produced from aluminum raw material.
Their surfaces are painted by electrostatic powder painting, transfer coating or anodizing painting methods. Bright RAL, matte RAL, textured RAL, matte anodized, bright anodized and wooden coating options are available. First class products are used in terms of aluminum raw material quality and paint quality.
In pleated fly screen systems, two profiles are used: case and wing profile. It provides ergonomic use and a stylish appearance thanks to the harmony of profile design and accessory integration.
Thanks to its ductless case profile, it prevents dust and dirt from accumulating in the duct.

Pleated Fly Screen Profiles are one of the most fundamental components of the pleated fly screen system. The profiles used in pleated fly screen systems come in two different sizes and are produced from aluminum raw material.
Their surfaces are treated using electrostatic powder painting, transfer coating, or anodizing methods. Available finishes include bright RAL, matte RAL, textured RAL, matte anodized, bright anodized, and wooden coating options. We use first-class products in terms of both aluminum raw material quality and paint quality.

The ductless case profile prevents dust and dirt from accumulating in the ducts, ensuring a cleaner and more efficient system.

Pleated Fly Screen Tulle
Pleated Fly Screen Tulle is produced from 100% polyester threads. The yarn denier and knitting reed spacing used are ideal for the pleated fly screen.
Thanks to the special finishing formula on its surface, the pleated fly screen tulle retains its effectiveness against external weather conditions, is extra resistant to UV rays, and maintains its shape memory. There are two types of products available:
67g Pleated Fly Screen Tulle Technical Details:
-
Yarn Thickness: 75 Denier – Warp: 0.3 +/- 0.02 mm, Weft: 0.3 +/- 0.02 mm
-
Ends Density (Ends/Inch): Warp: 18, Weft: 16

28 mm Aluminium Profile Accessories
Pleated Fly Screen Corner Wedge: The 28mm serial corner wedges are produced from moblen raw material. Thanks to its ergonomic design, it provides a stylish appearance and ease of production. The specially designed cover accessories ensure that the mounting holes are not visible, enhancing the overall aesthetic.
Pleated Fly Screen Wheel: The pleated fly screen wheel is one of the most important components of the pleated fly screen system. The wheel facilitates the operation of the system by moving smoothly along the aluminum track, and it allows the ropes that support the system to move on a solid and smooth surface. The housing to which the wheel is attached is made from flexible raw material, while the wheel itself is made from leather-like raw material for better resistance to friction. The pins connecting the two parts are stainless steel, ensuring they are not adversely affected by rain and moisture.
Pleated Fly Screen Rope Fixing Pin: The pin is where the fly screen's ropes are gathered and adjusted. It performs the collection and locking operations of the ropes thanks to the notch on its body, fitting into its slot in the corner wedge. The tension of the fly screen, whether hard or soft, can be adjusted by means of this pin.
Pleated Fly Screen Corner Cover: The cover is attached to the mounting holes after the pleated fly screen installation, providing a stylish and complementary appearance. It is produced from deep raw material with a shiny texture to match the color of the aluminum profile.

Pile Weatherstripping
The insulation strips, made entirely from polypropylene raw material, are designed to provide insulation in all moving systems. The strips can be used in different sizes according to their application areas.
In single-wing fly screens, pile weatherstripping is used between the aluminum profiles to provide insulation and prevent the flow of dirty air.

Fly Screen Rope
The fly screen ropes, one of the most important components of fly screen systems, undergo various finishing processes to ensure the smooth operation of the mechanism. To prevent the screen system from losing its shape during use, the ropes are heat-treated to reduce elongation and increase friction resistance. They are woven using different weaving techniques from high-strength, UV-resistant polyester according to their areas of application.

PVC Taped Strip Profile
PVC strip profiles provide the connection between the mesh and aluminum. The most essential feature this product requires is resistance to heat and cold. Both the PVC strip and the double-sided foam tape used on it have special formulations resistant to external weather conditions, heat, and cold.
In the production of PVC strips, blowing agents such as calcite are strictly avoided. Such blowing agents can cause the strip profile to lose its shape in response to heat and cold.
As a result, the mesh deteriorates, and the fly screen loses its functionality. RPSCREEN ensures the quality of PVC strip products, just like its other products, guaranteeing their reliability.
